A promise of excellence and authenticity

We firmly uphold the essence of culinary art: offering meals where authenticity and mastery intertwine harmoniously. Every jar we create embodies rigorous artisanal know-how, driven by uncompromising standards at every stage of our process.

Our approach starts with close collaboration with renowned suppliers, ensuring products of impeccable quality. Vegetables, meats, cereals: each ingredient is meticulously selected to fit perfectly into our gentle pasteurization process.

To orchestrate our recipes, we have the privilege of working with Frédérick E. Grasser Hermé, an acclaimed culinary author and award-winner. Having collaborated with Alain Ducasse and being part of the TV show “Très très bon!” led by François-Régis Gaudry, she brings refined creativity to our dishes.

We are also honored to work with Christophe Hardiquest, Belgian chef of the legendary Brussels restaurant Bon-Bon (now Menssa), double Michelin-starred and rated 19.5 by Gault & Millau.

We are driven by an obsession: blending tradition and innovation to offer far more than just meals. We reject industrial standards that reduce their vision to mere accounting logic. Our jars are not just products, but the expression of a committed philosophy, dedicated to culinary pleasure and healthy eating

Our Expertise

Our choice

The purity of glass

Glass jars ensure optimal preservation, maintaining the freshness and flavors of food better than plastic or metal. Moreover, they are free from harmful substances such as BPA (Bisphenol A), a chemical widely used in plastics manufacturing that can leach into food. Their non-porous surface resists contaminants, preserving nutritional values intact and avoiding reactions with food, thus ensuring a healthy and safe approach.

Additionally, glass jars offer greater versatility for cooking or reheating compared to plastic trays: they can be heated in the microwave, oven, or water bath, depending on your preference.

Their durability and ecological impact are reinforced by their multiple reusability and 100% recyclability, helping to reduce waste and minimize environmental footprint. Their airtight seal ensures prolonged preservation by protecting food from air and moisture, making them perfect for methods like pasteurization, which we detail below.

A natural pasteurization, homemade meals.

Inspired by traditional methods, our jars are the result of deep expertise in gentle pasteurization at 80°C, a heat treatment aimed at eliminating bacteria while preserving the nutritional qualities, textures, and flavors of food over time.

Unlike ultra-fresh products, often enriched with preservatives to extend their shelf life, our recipes are naturally preserved without any additives. Thanks to our method, we sustainably preserve the quality of the food while guaranteeing 100% natural dishes, made exclusively from raw ingredients, with no hidden preservatives.

However, mastering pasteurization has been our greatest challenge. Achieving, for example, al dente linguine after thermal treatment at 80°C took more than a year of research and development to meet our quality standards.

This result is based on cooking techniques specially adapted to pasteurization, combined with a meticulous selection of ingredients optimized for the process. Moreover, our dishes are assembled by hand in small quantities, ensuring particular care at each stage to prevent starches from becoming soggy.

This expertise has become our know-how, making Gourmart a unique brand. It also allows us to offer premium products at a fair price.

This approach is also part of our commitment to sustainability. Thanks to our reusable jars and the long preservation of our recipes, we help reduce food waste and minimize our environmental impact.

Our creations embody a clear vision: culinary excellence, sincere craftsmanship, and a deeply responsible approach.
