We are constantly working on culinary creations so that our jars faithfully convey their essence. Each recipe is tested with impeccable ingredients and prepared using various techniques to achieve the best result. This process sometimes takes several months and allows us to guarantee authentic flavors and a perfect balance between taste pleasure and nutritional value.
Preparation
In our Brussels kitchens, we adopt an artisanal approach to uphold our quality standards. We cook our dishes in small batches with the same care as an artisan in their workshop, preserving the authenticity of flavors. Each jar is assembled by hand, piece by piece, then precisely sealed after rigorous control, ensuring a product of excellence.
Pasteurization
Once preparation is complete, we proceed with gentle pasteurization that preserves the flavors, textures, and nutrients of the ingredients. This low-temperature process ensures authentic and healthy recipes, without preservatives or additives. The dishes are then refrigerated for optimal preservation, maintaining their freshness and flavor for several weeks, thus helping to avoid waste.
